Static Mixers and Inline Mixers

VIVERGY Static mixers are in line mixing devices with no moving parts. These mixers can produce a homogeneous blend of dispersion in laminar, transitional or turbulent flow within a very short pipe length.

VIVERGY has specially designed mixing elements to ensure the mixers do not have excessive pressure drop in the pipe line. This is achieved through research and development and the use of very accurate manufacturing machinery. The advantages of using static mixers include low capital cost, easy installation, lower maintenance, long service life and low power requirement

Ribbon Blenders and Paddle Mixers

Vivergy Ribbon Blenders are a reliable and versatile mixing machine. They provide one of the lowest energy requirements of all the dry powder mixers. Vivergy is a maker of both single paddle mixers and double paddle mixers. Paddle Mixers provide some of the fastest Mix Times available on the market.

The fast mix time enables Low temperature build up on the product. Paddle mixers can be started under full load conditions.

Vivergy paddle mixers can be fitted with Bomb Bay Door discharge systems to ensures a quick product discharge and minimize product segregation during this operation.
